Revises the definition of "wholesale vehicle dealer" to include a vehicle dealer who buys vehicles from or sells vehicles to other Washington licensed vehicle dealers. |
Requires a wholesale vehicle dealer to have office facilities in a commercial building with no more than two other wholesale or retail vehicle dealers in the same building. |

| Ladies and Gentlemen: |
| I am returning herewith, without my approval, Engrossed Substitute Senate Bill No. 6606 entitled: |
"AN ACT Relating to wholesale vehicle dealers." |
| This is a worthy bill, but it has preceded the passage of the 2016-2017 supplemental operating budget, which is a greater legislative priority. Until a budget agreement is reached, I cannot support this bill. |
| For these reasons I have vetoed Engrossed Substitute Senate Bill No. 6606 in its entirety. |
