    On page 47, line 17, increase the Multimodal Transportation Account--State Appropriation by $2,500,000

    On page 47, line 20, correct the total.

    On page 49, after line 2, insert the following:

    "(7) $2,500,000 of the multimodal transportation account--state appropriation is provided solely for construction of a new bridge 12 (Salmon Creek) on the Chelatchie Prairie railroad short line at mile post 12.45 in Clark county."

EFFECT: Adds $2,500,000 for the construction of a new bridge 12 (Salmon Creek) at mile post 12.45 on the Chelatchie Prairie railroad in Clark County.   

FISCAL IMPACT:

           Increases Multimodal Acct - State by $2,500,000.
