    On page 2, line 10, after "minutes" insert "in the case of a towed vehicle with a declared gross weight of more than 26,000 pounds or thirty minutes in the case of a towed vehicle with a declared gross weight of 26,000 pounds or less,"

    On page 2, line 14, after "minutes" insert "in the case of a towed vehicle with a declared gross weight of more than 26,000 pounds or the last fifteen minutes of the total thirty minutes in the case of a towed vehicle with a declared gross weight of 26,000 pounds or less"

EFFECT:  Limits the amount of time that can be charged as part of the tow truck service to 30 minutes in the case of a towed vehicle with a declared gross weight of 26,000 pounds or less.
