     On page 1, line 15, after "citizens." insert "Additionally, for capital budget local and community projects that receive more than ninety-nine thousand dollars, the plaque must include the sponsoring legislator's name, if known."

EFFECT:   Requires that the plaques for Local and Community projects receiving $99,000 or more through the Capital Budget must also include the sponsoring legislator's name, if known.
