     On page 2, after line 20, insert the following:

    "NEW SECTION. Sec. 3.  At the first fundraiser held after the effective date of this section where a dunk tank is used, the state representative who is the sponsor of this act shall volunteer to be dressed as Wellington the wildcat and to be the first person dunked."

EFFECT:   Requires the sponsor of the bill volunteer to be dressed as Wellington the wildcat and to be the first person dunked in a dunk tank at the first fundraiser held after the effective date of the bill.
