    On page 4, line 32, after "30," strike "2021" and insert "2019"

EFFECT:  Removes from the list of optional membership on the Cooper Jones Bicyclist Safety Advisory Council (Council) an attorney who has worked in areas of the law related to bicycles, and moves forward the expiration of laws governing the Council to June 30, 2019 from June 30, 2021.
