On page 1, beginning on line 2 of the amendment, after "imposed by" strike all material through "thousand" on line 3 and insert "any county"

EFFECT: Requires any county imposing the 0.1 percent sales tax to fairly distribute and equitably invest the funds from the tax throughout the county.
