    On page 6, after line 29, insert the following:

    "(9) By January 2019, develop a system that allows the public to provide remote testimony for public hearings, with the capability of access by persons in rural communities."

EFFECT:   Requires the Legislature and legislative agencies through the Joint Legislative Technology Committee to develop a system that allows the public to provide remote testimony for public hearings, with capability of access by persons in rural communities.
