    On page 2, line 8, after "A" strike "three" and insert "four"

    On page 2, line 22, after "member;" strike "and"

    On page 2, line 23, after "member" insert "; and

    (iv) One Okanogan conservation district board member"

EFFECT:  Requires grant funds to be used for nonlethal deterrence resources only in Okanogan, Ferry, Stevens, and Pend Oreille counties.  Adds one member to the advisory board to be appointed from Okanogan County.
