On page 12, after line 19 of the amendment, insert the following:

"(6) The sale, charge, or monetized transfer of any personally identifiable information that is obtained from an agency through a request made pursuant to this chapter, or other provision of law, is a gross misdemeanor offense."

EFFECT: Creates a gross misdemeanor offense for selling, charging, or monetizing the transfer of personally identifiable information obtained from an agency under the public records act or other law.
