    On page 5, line 7, after "curriculum" insert "; and (d) is not licensed as a tattoo artist under this chapter"

EFFECT:   Prohibits a person licensed as a tattoo artist from qualifying as a permanent cosmetics trainer and from qualifying for or being issued a license as a permanent cosmetics artist.
