Clarifies that each electric utility must provide information on its qualified alternative energy resource options on its web site and through quarterly mailings. Clarifies that a qualified alternative energy resource option may be provided for all or part of an individual customer's retail electric requirement. Removes community choice aggregation programs from the types of programs and policies that must be reviewed by the Department of Commerce and the Utilities and Transportation Commission in a joint report to the legislature on best practices and policies for electric utilities to develop green tariffs.
