    On page 3, after line 9, insert the following:

    "NEW SECTION. Sec. 3. The following persons or entities shall disclose the names of all clients; any actual or potential conflicts of interest; any pro bono activities; and any donations to not for profit organizations, advocacy organizations, and political campaigns: A special assistant attorney general appointed pursuant to RCW 43.10.060; an attorney or entity appointed, employed, or contracted by a city, town, or municipal corporation pursuant to Title 35 or 35A RCW; or a special prosecuting attorney or special deputy prosecuting attorney appointed, employed, or contracted by a county or county official pursuant to Title 36 RCW."

    Renumber the remaining sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

    Correct the title.

EFFECT:  Requires any person or entity appointed, employed, or contracted to perform any duty assigned to a prosecutorial authority to disclose the following:

· The names of all clients;

· Any actual or potential conflicts of interest;

· Any pro bono activities; and

· Any donations to not for profit organizations, advocacy organizations, and political campaigns.
