On page 2, after line 8, insert the following:
"(3) Upon request, employers must provide at least fifteen minutes to nonprofit organizations wishing to present information to new employees about their legal rights to join and financially support or refrain from joining and financially supporting the exclusive bargaining representative, as reflected by current law. Such information must be neutral in tone and may not encourage or discourage employees from joining or refraining from joining the exclusive bargaining representative."

On page 1, line 2 of the title, after "representatives" insert "and nonprofit organizations"
EFFECT: Requires employers, upon request, to provide at least 15 minutes to nonprofit organizations wishing to present information to new employees about their legal rights to join and financially support or refrain from joining and financially supporting the union, as reflected by current law. Requires that the information be neutral in tone and may not encourage or discourage employees from joining or refraining from joining the union.
