    On page 2, line 38, after "deposited" strike "in the business license account created in RCW 19.02.210" and insert "as follows:

(i) Ten percent in the business license account created in RCW 19.02.210; and

(ii) The remainder in the secretary of state's revolving fund created in RCW 43.07.130"

EFFECT:  Divides the revenue collected from the $11 fee with ten percent deposited into the business license account and the remainder deposited into the Secretary of State's revolving fund.
