    On page 17, line 27, decrease the general fund-state appropriation for fiscal year 2018 by $100,000

    On page 17, line 28, decrease the general fund-state appropriation for fiscal year 2019 by $100,000

    On page 18, line 26, correct the total.

On page 26, at the beginning of line 13, strike all material through "partners." on line 22

    Renumber the remaining subsections consecutively and correct internal references accordingly.

EFFECT:   Reduces the General Fund-State appropriation for the Department of Commerce by $200,000. Removes funding for an analysis of and report on the electricity system in Washington State and the Pacific Northwest.

FISCAL IMPACT:

           Reduces General Fund - State by $200,000.
