    On page 139, after line 28, insert the following:

    "(7) The department shall accept any proposed lease or sublease which is legally drawn and involves public lands to be used in support of or related to transportation projects or port expansion projects."

EFFECT:  Requires the Department of Natural Resources to accept any proposed lease or sublease which is legally drawn and involves public lands to be used in support of or related to transportation projects or port expansion projects.  

FISCAL IMPACT: No net change to appropriated levels.
