    On page 20, line 8 of the striking amendment, reduce the Motor Vehicle Account--State appropriation by $350,000

    On page 20, line 11 of the striking amendment, correct the total.

    On page 21, beginning on line 14 of the striking amendment, strike all of subsection (3)

    Renumber the remaining subsections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

EFFECT:   Removes the funding for House Bill No. 2095 (I-5 Columbia River Bridge).

FISCAL IMPACT:

           Reduces Motor Vehicle Acct - State by $350,000.
