SCOPE AND OBJECT 04/20/2017

     On page 5, after line 20, insert the following:

    "NEW SECTION. Sec. 4.  Marijuana moneys must be distributed to counties, cities, and towns in the same proportion as funding is distributed pursuant to RCW 69.50.540(2)(g)(i)."

    Renumber the remaining sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

    Correct the title.

EFFECT:   Requires that monies collected must be distributed to local governments, in the same proportion as marijuana excise taxes are distributed to counties cities, and towns under RCW 69.50.540.
