    On page 2, after line 18, insert the following:

    "(b) "Conversion therapy" does not include religious practices or counseling that use speech alone under the auspices of a religious denomination, church, or organization by a licensed health care provider affiliated with that entity."

EFFECT:   Excludes from the definition of "conversion therapy" religious practices or counseling that only use speech under the auspices of a religious denomination, church or organization by a licensed health care provider who is affiliated with the entity.
