    On page 2, line 14 of the striking amendment, after "positive." insert "The credit may be provided only with respect to vehicles in the fourth year of service or later."

EFFECT:   Limits the Market Value Adjustment Program credit so as to apply to vehicles that are in the fourth year of service or later.
