    On page 3, beginning on line 32, after "damages" strike all material through "humiliation" on line 34 and insert "for pain and suffering, anxiety, emotional distress, or humiliation personal to and suffered by the decedent"

EFFECT:   Limits recoverable damages under a special survival action to damages for the decedent's pain and suffering, anxiety, emotional distress, or humiliation.  (Under the second substitute bill, recoverable damages "include" those specifically listed damages.)
