    Renumber the remaining sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

    Correct the title.

EFFECT:   Removes provision requiring school districts to make reasonable efforts to streamline the process for charging fees and to automatically discount fees for students that qualify for free and reduced-price meals if that district has the appropriate technology.
