Requires the department of social and health services and the state health care authority to immediately perform a review of their rules, policies, and procedures related to the documentation requirements for behavioral health services.

Requires the department of social and health services to: (1) Immediately perform a review of casework documentation and paperwork requirements for social services specialists and other direct service staff with the children's administration who provide services to children; and

(2) Complete the review by November 1, 2017, and upon completion, take immediate steps to amend department rules and procedures accordingly.
