Ensures that school district employees covering spouses and family members through school district employer-sponsored health benefit plans pay equitable employee premiums as compared to employees choosing to cover fewer people. |
Requires school districts to provide for the same percentage of total cost for district employees enrolled in a health plan of substantially equivalent actuarial value. |
Requires collective bargaining agreements between school district employers and employees to be consistent with RCW 28A.400.275 and 28A.400.280 (sections 3 and 4 of this act). |
