On page 25, after line 13 of the striking amendment, insert the following:

"NEW SECTION. Sec. 25. (1) Sections 1 through 21 of this act expire on July 1, 2024, unless the health care authority determines that the following metrics have been met among medicaid participants:

(a) A ten to twelve percent decrease in the number of emergency department visits for dental conditions per one hundred thousand member months for enrolled adults;

(b) A ten to twelve percent increase in the number of all children enrolled in two consecutive years who visited the same practice or clinical entity in both years; and

(c) A ten to twelve percent decrease in the number of children aged one to twenty-one with dental caries experience in their primary and permanent teeth.

(2) The health care authority shall inform the code reviser if these metrics have been met no later than January 31, 2024."

Correct the title.
