On page 5, after line 16 of the striking amendment, insert the following:

"(3) The dental quality assurance commission may establish by rule the procedures to implement this section."

EFFECT: Grants the Dental Quality Assurance Commission the authority to adopt through rule procedures to implement the section setting the scope of practice for a dental therapist.
