On page 6, line 20 of the striking amendment, after "(3)" insert "All procedures performed by a dental therapist must be billed at seventy percent of what a dentist would have billed.

Renumber the remaining subsections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

EFFECT: Requires all procedures performed by a dental therapist to be billed at seventy percent of what a dentist would bill.
