On page 4, after line 17, insert the following:

"(7) An employee owed unpaid wages under this section is eligible to receive the amount due in unpaid wages from tax receipts received by the department of revenue from the subcontractor. A claim for reimbursement of unpaid wages under this subsection must be made in the form and manner prescribed by the department of revenue."

EFFECT: Allows an employee to receive the amount due in unpaid wages from tax receipts paid by the subcontractor.
