EFFECT: Restores existing statutory language which allows a person to contest blood-borne pathogen testing, if a person detained in a jail is ordered to be tested for blood-borne pathogens after the detained person's behavior exposed others where there is a possible risk of transmitting a blood-borne pathogen.
