On page 4, after line 16, insert the following:

"(4) To assure the public regarding the safety of these immunization measures, the state of Washington shall assume financial responsibility for any injury or death resulting from the administration of any vaccine or combination of vaccines required by RCW 28A.210.060 through 28A.210.170."

EFFECT: Requires Washington to assume financial responsibility for any injury or death resulting from the administration of any vaccine or combination of vaccines required by law.
