On page 4, after line 16, insert the following:

"NEW SECTION. Sec. A new section is added to chapter 28A.210 RCW to read as follows:

To assure the public regarding the safety of these immunization measures, nothing in RCW 28A.210.060 through 28A.210.170 shall require administration of any vaccine that does not meet the following criteria:

(1) The vaccine is one hundred percent free of mercury;

(2) The vaccine is one hundred percent free of formaldehyde; and

(3) The vaccine is one hundred percent free of human fetal tissue or human fetal DNA."

Renumber the remaining section consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly. Correct the title.

EFFECT: Prohibits requiring a vaccine as a condition for school or day care attendance, unless it is 100% free from mercury, formaldehyde, and human fetal tissue or DNA.
