On page 7, line 3 of the striking amendment, after "program," insert "the number of traffic infractions issued with respect to vehicles registered outside of the county in which the city is located,"

EFFECT: Requires a city that implements a pilot under the bill to include in its report to the Legislature the number of traffic infractions issued as a result of the pilot to owners of vehicles registered outside of the county in which the city is located.
