On page 6, line 10, after "professionals" insert ", and the Washington state health insurance pool"

On page 6, line 11, after "(2)" strike "Seventy-five" and insert "Thirty seven and one half"

On page 6, after line 17, insert the following:

"(4) Thirty seven and one half percent of the moneys collected from the tax imposed under section 202 of this act must be deposited into the Washington state health insurance pool account created under RCW 48.41.037 and used to reduce the assessment on members."

On page 7, line 2, after "treasury." strike "Seventy-five" and insert "Thirty seven and one half"

EFFECT: Reduces vapor tax distributions to the Essential Public Health Services account from 75% of vapor tax revenues to 37.5% of vapor tax revenues. Directs 37.5% of vapor tax revenues to the Washington State Health Insurance Pool to be used to reduce the assessment on members.
