On page 18, after line 25, insert the following:

"(3) For students who are dependents of active duty military members, the first twenty five thousand dollars of the family's income may not be considered when determining the student's income eligibility."

EFFECT: Exempts the first $25,000 of family income for dependents of active duty military members from being used to determine a student's income eligibility for the Washington College Grant.
