Renumber the remaining subsections consecutively and correct internal references accordingly.

EFFECT: Strikes the exemption for the manufacture, sale, importation or transfer of a large capacity magazine by a licensed manufacturer for the purpose of sale to the armed forces of the United States or the state of Washington, or to a Washington law enforcement agency.
