EFFECT:   

Specifies that the Department of Corrections (DOC) only needs to identify and assess incarcerated individuals with learning disabilities, traumatic brain injuries, and other cognitive impairments if the incarcerated individual is participating in educational programming.

Removes the duty for the DOC to establish a process for providing accommodations, and instead provides that the DOC may consider reasonable accommodations for individuals with learning disabilities, traumatic brain injuries, and other cognitive impairments.
