EFFECT:   Provides cause for termination when a tenant continues in possession after an owner or lessor with whom the tenant shares a building containing four units or less (rather than limiting this cause to situations in which a dwelling unit or access to a common kitchen or bathroom area is shared) has served a 20-day notice to vacate.
