EFFECT:   Strikes the requirement that the tenant be afforded at least 60 days to vacate in the event that a landlord and tenant reach a mutual agreement regarding early termination in circumstances where the landlord seeks to occupy the premises as a principal residence, withdraw the unit from the rental market, or convert to a condominium.
