On page 10, line 10, after "chapter" insert ";

(o) The tenant remains in possession after having been named by the landlord as a defendant in two or more unlawful detainer actions within a one year period of time"

EFFECT: Provides that being named as a defendant in 2 or more unlawful detainer actions within a one year period is cause for eviction or termination.
