EFFECT: Expands the potential use of funds within the Multiuse Roadway Safety Account for the purposes of road enhancements. Limits the locations in which funds may be used for road enhancements or maintenance to only those segments of a road that have been designated as a travel or tourism route for use by wheeled all-terrain vehicles (WATVs).
