On page 8, at the beginning of line 30, strike "(iv)" and insert "(iii)"

EFFECT: Strikes the prohibition on withholding any portion of the deposit for carpet cleaning unless the landlord documents wear to the carpet that is beyond wear resulting from ordinary use of the premises.
