On page 9, after line 10, insert the following:

"(c) The requirements with respect to walkthroughs do not apply to rental property that is located within a city, town, or county that has enacted an ordinance that limits the ability of a property owner to commence or complete an unlawful detainer action during specific months or times of the year."

EFFECT: Provides that the walkthrough requirements do not apply to rental property that is located within a city, town, or county that has enacted an ordinance that limits the ability of a property owner to commence or complete an unlawful detainer action during specific months or times of the year.
