On page 2, after line 17, insert the following:
"(3) By December 1, 2020, and annually thereafter, the commission must submit a report to the relevant committees of the legislature describing the estimated size of the illicit sports wagering market in Washington state and the impact that tribal-state gaming compact amendments authorizing sports wagering have on the size of the illicit market in Washington."
EFFECT: Requires the Gambling Commission to submit a report to the Legislature by December 1, 2020, and annually thereafter, describing the estimated size of the illicit sports wagering market in Washington and the impact that tribal-state gaming compact amendments authorizing sports wagering have on the size of the illicit market in Washington.
