On page 3, line 4, after "(9)" insert "A county imposing the tax authorized under this section must submit to the county treasurer an annual statement itemizing uses of moneys received from the tax in each fiscal year. The statement must include uses by the county and also by any city or regional agency that operates emergency communication systems and facilities and is a party to an interlocal agreement with the county for distribution of the revenue provided in this section. The statement must be submitted to the county treasurer no later than ninety days after the close of each fiscal year.
