On page 2, line 23 of the striking amendment, after "on a" insert "part-time or"

On page 2, line 27 of the striking amendment, after "this" strike "section" and insert "chapter"

EFFECT: Provides that an employer does not need to grant a leave of absence for an employee that works on a part-time basis. Makes a technical change to replace a reference to a "section" with "chapter."
