On page 4, after line 37, insert the following:

"NEW SECTION. Sec. 2. A new section is added to chapter 10.95 RCW to read as follows:

An inmate serving a sentence for a conviction under this chapter is not eligible to participate in the boy scouts behind bars or girl scouts behind bars programs."

Renumber the remaining section consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly. Correct the title.
