On page 4, after line 37, insert the following:

"NEW SECTION. Sec. 2. A new section is added to chapter 10.95 RCW to read as follows:

The department of corrections may not provide an inmate serving a sentence for a conviction under this chapter access to any programming involving the care, treatment, or training of animals."

Renumber the remaining section consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly. Correct the title.
