EFFECT: Requires the Department of Health to collaborate with health professional and facility associations, electronic health record vendors, and others to comply with federal prescription drug monitoring program qualification requirements under Section 1944 of the federal Substance Use–Disorder Prevention that Promotes Opioid Recovery and Treatment for Patients and Communities Act to facilitate eligibility for federal grants.
