On page 6, after line 10 of the striking amendment, insert the following:

"(12) The requirement to provide comprehensive sexual health education in a public school under this section is null and void if the number of students who have been excused from instruction in accordance with subsection (7) of this section equals twenty-five percent or more of the enrollment at the school."

EFFECT: Specifies that the requirement to provide comprehensive sexual health education (CSHE) in a public school is null and void if the number of students who have been excused from CSHE instruction equals 25% or more of the enrollment at the school.
